Groups at a Glance: Enjoy an organized calendar that features color-coded events and a detailed 90-day preview of your upcoming bookings. Convenient status dots allow you to quickly check the progress of events and rentals at a glance.
Groups Starting in the Next 90 Days: Which groups are scheduled to arrive on site within the next 90 days.
Room Availability: User-friendly month, week, or day view to quickly find available location and room availability. Click the down arrow next to the title to toggle between Room Availability and Activity Availability, and filter by Site and Housing Area.
Groups with Past Due Contracts: is connected to the date you enter under Details > Contract Due Date.
Pending Inquiries: Stay in the loop with instant notifications when an inquiry is received
