You're almost there—this is the final step! In this tab, you’ll find options to customize the organizer portal, set terms and conditions, and add specific organization and contact types.

Hold "Ctrl" and click "+" to zoom in, or click on any image below to enlarge it!

System Preferences

In System Preferences, you’ll add all the key contact details for your organization. Be sure to set your timezone, session timeout, and don’t forget to add your rental terms and conditions.

💡Tip: You can easily Copy and Paste any previously outlined Terms and Conditions text into the box.


Portal Settings

This tab is where you set the image and confirmation content for your inquiry page.

In the "Confirmation Content" box, enter the text you want inquiries to see once they click the "Submit" button on the form.


Organization and Contact Types

Organization Types: these are different from Attendee Program and Guest types, and they appear in the Contacts tab.

You can add as many Organization Types as needed for filtering and organization.

Examples: School, Church, Family, etc. Within each type, you can also add Member Types. For example, under the "Church" organization type, you might list a head pastor, youth pastor, and the Grace Chapel Church contact.

Contact Types: The Gazebo system comes with "Primary" and "Financial" contact types pre-set.

These can't be edited or deleted, as every rental booking requires a primary contact or organization. However, you can add other contact types, like secondary, teacher, and more, to fit your needs!
