🎯 The Organizer Portal
The Portal is your go-to spot for accessing contracts and documents online for the events you're managing.
When the manager or operator for the location of your event grants you access to your booking information, you will receive an email message asking you to reset your password.
Once you log in, choose the event you’re managing if there is more than one for this location or venue:
After you choose your event, or if you are managing only one event at this location, you will see your Contracts & Documents page.
View Contracts Ready for Review or Signature
In the Contracts area of the page, the contracts ready for your review and/or signature will be displayed. Their version and status are listed below the document name.
Select the Download Icon to download a copy of the contract.
Select the View and Sign button to view the contract in the browser, and in the form at the bottom of the page, Checking the I Agree checkbox, and enter your name to attest that you agree to the terms of the contract:
This will notify the manager or operator of the venue that you have completed the contract.
Download and Upload Documents
You can download other documents (like seating charts and waiver forms) shared with you by your venue manager or operator from the Documents section of the page:
Select the Download Icon to download a document file.
Select Upload Icon or link to upload a document that your venue manager has asked you to provide.
The files and their share or upload dates are listed in this section. The files you upload will indicate your name as well.
