Setup Guests and Program Types for your Organization

The Attendees tab is where you can input the various Guest types that participate in your rentals and events, along with the kinds of Programs you typically offer.

Program Types

Adding different program types in Gazebo lets you easily organize your bookings into fun, color-coded groups! This makes it super simple to spot the different types of rentals and events right on your Dashboard calendar.

For example, the programs you add will pop up on the "Groups at a Glance" calendar, each with its own color. Weddings might be yellow, group events pink, and school events black—whatever works for you! It’s a quick and easy way to keep your bookings visually organized at a glance.

Hold "Ctrl" and click "+" to zoom in, or click on any image below to enlarge it!

  1. Navigate to Setup > Attendees > Program Types

  2. Add the name of your program, select whether it will be available for online registration and choose a color code.

    💡Tip: If you do not see a color you wish to choose, you can enter a HEX color code!

Guest Types

Guest types let you categorize attendees for your rentals and events. Plus, you can easily add specific line items and rates to each guest type for even more flexibility!

  1. Navigate to Setup > Attendees > Guest Types

  2. Add the guest identifier and any line item to tie it with and/or a rate.

  3. Click 'Save'.
